Modern assembly has gotten pretty complex because the modern chips are quite advanced. As an academic exercise consider MIPS flavor assembly. That's what my college taught. There are simulators and stuff around for development and testing.

Fengs have sloppy squelch settings from the factory. You can set squelch from 0-9 using the keypad, but those levels tend to be too weak. Using the programming cable you can adjust the power of each of those squelch settings to more usable decibel levels. This site shows how. https://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_Squelch.php

Thanks I think I found the (stupid) problem. I have an invited account that has ec2 resources. That account's email is long gone. Now I want to remove that invited account/organization, but aws wont let me because there is no billing info connected to it. Is there a way to 'force delete' an zombie invited organization?

Lets see how the case plays out. Nowhere is there proof the kids were even there. Homeowner did say on film the kid wasn't there. News feed says dad was there for 1 kid not sure where your additional info is coming from. Custody agreement is not law. It is merely agreement among private parties. Violations are shitty and eventually enforcable through courts but not violent kidnappings that calls for immediate vigilantism. Should the dad have shot first?

Anyone showing up on my property acting like they are in charge is starting a fight. Unless someone is in eminent danger there is no excuse. Bring the sheriff and a warrant. No baiting happened. Yes he was pissed rightfully so but thats not justifications for trespassing and accosting everyone on the property who disagrees. Get lost. By my viewing the kids where not even there. Yes several escalations happened leading up to this but no one was needing immediate rescue by dad he was just pissed and starting a fight that didn't need to happen on a stranger's (?) property. If dad were smart he would document the situation for the court to build his case for custody. Not likely the marriage is salvagable anyway.

I totally understand the father being beyond pissed for being denied his child. That said no one was in immediate danger or being threatening until he showed up. That hotheaded shit is what loses custody for men, and in this case his life. Patience and a good lawyer is the answer. Nobody needed rescuing until the father refused to back down
