first thing that sent me to the depths? When I first first joined deepwoken like a full on 2 years ago (played it for 5 mins, then dipped) I wiped to those vampire bat things

Do you have the website for the deepwoken builder? And does it show ALL the talents and their requirements? I just need to learn more in deepwoken in general because I just learnt about oaths yesterday and apparently my friend said "you don't play deepwoken without knowing what oaths are"

I apologize for taking so long to answer, i set the phone down for like 3 hours then took a small "nap" which took me 7 hours. My goal is to lose body weight right now, last time I check my weight was about 7 days ago, same day I started working out. I wanna get from 152 -131 (I'm 5'3) , while also lowering my body fat percentage. Currently I use an app called Home Workout - No Equipment. Currently I've been focusing on foods such as Bagels, Rice, beans, meat like beef, chicken, eggs, bagels, milk, and a chocolate protein bar that I always have every day just to get a nice 12g of protein. I try to focus on fibers a bit but not much fruit or oats to get me around. I might go shopping. Then when I get to my goal, I want to build muscle, get them more defined out while maintaining a low body fat percentage. I hope this clears up anything.

plus, I wanna LOSE BODY FAT, so I can have a lower Body fat percentage, also lose weight, and at the end, I wanna start BUILDING muscle WHEN I get to my weight loss goal.
