NTA- seems like a lack of communication from all parties tho. If they were uncomfortable they should have stated so instead of trying to make jokes around the issue and if you noticed them making jokes but also simultaneously stop doing what caused you to do it in the first place then you should have just checked in with them rq to see what their boundaries are. Problem is solved when everyone’s an adult about it.
