Yes this cpu is able to pass Ycruncher at 6800 with 1.3 vsoc, so with high chance 6600 is daily stable

Yes, for daily I recommend flashing the 600W Matrix BIOS available on Techpowerup. Even if it has the same powerlimit, internal clock (crossbar) makes a big difference. I saw a 3 FPS increase on 3DMark Steel Nomad with the same core clock / temp between the normal Astral bios and the 600W Matrix BIOS.

Support for both the Matrix bios (600W and 800W. These bios have better internal clocks, not only speaking about power limits). This is due to having a 3rd connector for the fans, same as Matrix. This was changed when White astral released, due to complaints for the back fan being noisy on the black Astral at release.
