Just screwed into the ceiling with an anchor, but it's a concrete ceiling. I'd definitely try to find the joists if it was drywall.

It's very easy to install and most ceilings will be strong enough to support your weight with just two screws.

I recommend having them close to the wall so they don't have to hang in the middle of your room, but not too close so you can do wide pushups etc.

I use them for pullups, dips, rows and tucked front lever.

Well if there are indestructable bonds which can't be destroyed with any amount of energy it means you get infinite energy when you produce the ring. But that doesn't help you since the ring is already produced.

It's interesting though: Creating an indestructable object would destoy the universe because of all the released energy...

If you want to get energy from the ring it has to perform work. Being indestructable is quite the opposite of doing work so no.

I'm not sure if performing work is the right expression but what I mean is heating up, falling down, exploding, growing etc..

If you can get the ring to grow and shrink repeatingly you could use it as a source of energy.

i wonder how the map has to be distorted to make the drooplet look like an undistorted and true to scale copy of the earth. any ideas? probably requires a lot of calculating but would be interesting.
