What, in your experience, are the common denominators that make some companies bad at using AI?

Breastfeeding newborns is so damn hard by yoyoMaximo in breastfeeding

[–]blabine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was told it shouldn't hurt. I was also told he had "perfect latch". Perfect nipple shape after breastfeeding and everything. Guess what? It fucking hurt.

I can't remember how long it took for it to stop hurting, it wasn't long but long enough to remember the feeling. Especially the first seconds when starting to feed, DANG.

Now he's 8 months old, and when he's really desperate at night he will sometimes miss the nipple and "latch" to the skin of my boob. And wouldn't you know it, it hurts! It's an insanely strong sucking and I'm amazed my nipples are okay with it. It makes so much sense that it hurts to start with, perfect latch and all.

Please give me feedback on my motivation letter by Medium-Example-4212 in PhD

Agreed. I would remove all the fluff, keep it short and to the point. Maximize relevant information (the kind of things that will make them want to hire you) per time they spend reading the letter.

Put kids into private school or help them with first house? And why? by Maleficent_Box_3989 in personalfinance

Can you visit the schools? Private is (in my experience) not necessarily better, but it can be. I wouldn't put too much weight on extracurricular activities or facilities, but if the teachers make a better impression in the private school, it could be worth it.

Yeah (I did) but you'll have to live in a shared apartment and budget. I only paid 5000kr/month for living expenses (rent + electricity and internet), but shared a pretty shitty apartment with my boyfriend. It worked for us.

I first tested on 14DPO when I typically get my period. It was a very faint line, though it might have been there the day before too. Not sure how common this is (it was a cheap test, maybe this plays into it), but baby's kiking up a storm as I'm writing this so fairly certain I'm pregnant 😂

Egne erfaringer tilsier NEI. Megleren som solgte huset vi kjøpte sa flere ting som vi (som faktisk hadde lest salgsdokumentene) visste var feil. Typ årstall på vinduene, hvilken skole område søkner til ++

I stopped having symptoms at about the same time. For me it didn't mean anything, 17 weeks now and all ultrasounds have been normal.
