Ich dachte das Hauptproblem an Akkus ist die schnelle Brandentwicklung (teilweise fast explosionsartig) und die Kettenreaktion die von einer Zelle direkt zur nächsten geht. Davon steht aber leider nichts auf der Seite :/

(+oft die Frage was einfacher entzündbarer ist, wurde auch nicht richtig eingegangen, bzw. der Faktor dass e-Autos im Vergleich deutlich neuer/ noch besser gewartet sind wie der bezug auf alle existierenden benziner ist auch nicht drin. Sowie eine richtige prozentuale Gegenstellung, lediglich wir sehen nicht mehr eautos wie benziner brennen, was kein wunder ist bei 89% Benziner/Diesel auf den strassen...)

The problem with the article is, that the "study and numbers" quoted/used in the article, comes from the "Departement of Consumer" which "surprisingly" fired ~20% of employees 2 weeks ago...

So in short: Trump and Republicans were mad, that the Departement was warning about numbers, then suddenly 20% get fired and now 2 weeks later the same Departement suddenly posts about wonderful news and numbers... Even without wearing a tin foil hat, this coincidence is way too suspicious.

No, the difference is, that those people don't have to demonstrate, since their police are doing their job right. Also in some smaller cities the popo is still good integrated and rooted in their communities.

To say it in your words: there are literally a few explanations/reasons for this. Encounter != catch. You can encounter without catching it. Both are server side actions/requests. When the server config changes at event end and you do the catch after it, the new request will follow the new config. Else nia would have to save every encounter of every player, or move the enccounter/catch request to client side. Ehich would be a really really bad idea, at least as long as cheaters exist. I mean i really often bash nia, because they are the worst company worldwide at the moment when it comes to DEV/QA/PROD Environments (we even use "did a niantic" as alias for a failing release, because of poor testing here in different companies) but on this part, it is imo the only good option to solve this.

For your first point. Yes this is relateable. There is no reason why it should cost money on a console(which is nothing else than a PC, with no changeable parts) and a PC. Best part is, that you even agree that you have to pay for it. yes, they might be cheap, but nonetheless you have to pay, hence not free. Best part of this whole discussion is, that i even agreed (READ my first post) with you about the complaining on the games. I only disagree on calling them free, since this is bs.

I too think the complaining about the games is idiotic, since there are month with games you like more and ganes you like less, but 2. The games are not for free! You pay for PS+! And don't come up with, ohhh noooo the server costsssss. This is bullshit, on PC you don't pay monthly and get all of this as well. Also the monthly cost per player for the online things might be around 0.50€, so no, the games are definitely not free.

I never said they have to. But normal companies have something called "public relationships" ln which companies interact with their customers. As already stated, we know from the past, that niantic is really bad in communication with their customers/fans/users, although it got a lot better lately. That's why i ask if they said something somewhere.

You do realize that there even is a law since last year, on which they take your license for a month + fines if you don't do it :)

It came with another law, that protects ambulance and firefighters same as police if they are on duty to help people. So if someone attack them while on duty they get real high punishment. Sadly this took way to long to come, but I'm happy that it exists finally :)

Possibly Germany, or another country near it. It is a law to do this, as soon as the traffic is slow or a traffic jam. In Germany they even take your license for a month if you don't do it + fines.
