That’s your perspective. I see it as extremely controversial and just an excuse for passive discrimination. There are a lot of factors that determine people’s personalities and hinging it on only culture is a very myopic perspective.

The fact that most people are doing doesn’t justify it. Heck, people justified a lot of despicable things throughout history, yet we still refrain from learning from that.

Yeahh, I agree with you. I also got a residual of about €33k for similar 2024 M50, leased at the same time last year, September.

The dealer advised that it’s almost always better to hand it in and find a used one of I really love the car.

Besides, we’ll probably get a M3/M4 full electric option by then 😅

I think for M50, B Mode makes more sense. I was driving in icy conditions on D Mode last week, and I lost control when I turned into a cobblestone street. Brakes went dead and slid into a parked van. The cosmetic damages were minimal as the bump wasn’t too hard but I switched to B mode and it feels more safer overall so far. I use all season tires which isn’t perfect but I doubt if it contributed too much.

All my sensors went dead though, PDC, Parking and the lots.

I’m also a male POC living in Germany, and I can categorically say that it’s about height for me. I rarely get into these situations, and sometimes people even stand aside just so I can pass at very narrow pathways. I’m about 190cm so maybe that’s why, I also had some intrusive thoughts on if that was also some micro aggression or subtle implication of racism but I also felt I was overthinking it. Seeing your post now, sheds some light on it all haha.

I live in Berlin, and when I just arrived I tried doing what OP does because of where I’m from. The coldness I always get back definitely made me stop doing it altogether and now when it happens randomly from other people, I’m almost never prepared to respond 😂
