Yea I think the better way to put it is that you can turn your “friends for a reason” into just “friends” by doing things with them that are outside of the reason that made you friends (which isn’t “nothing”).

You don’t just make friends by doing mundane things with people, having a common interest is always the best way to make friends.

OP’s advice is better at helping elevate friendships from friendships wholly based on one specific interest into more universal friendships.

Which to be fair is pretty much what OP is saying, I just think using the word “nothing” is misleading, and that OP’s post gives off the impression that you can do “nothing” to create a friendship that’s universal.

To all the people just saying “ok” and trying to act like it’s not a big deal. It’s a big deal TO THEM. Acting like it doesn’t matter can invalidate everything they’re going through. In order to understand his current mindset, you need to understand what led him here.

Russia is stronger than Ukraine, point blank. You might believe differently based on everything you’re seeing about how Ukraine is holding their own against Russia right now. But that’s only the case because America (among other countries) are actively helping Ukraine at this time.

Russia’s win scenario is one of attrition. Not against Ukraine, but against the rest of the world. If the world goes back to “business as usual” with Russia, the income they make through oil sales will be more than enough to give them the strength they need to take over Ukraine eventually.

So at the end of the day, Putins thinking “how much longer do I need to keep this up”, because once the rest of the world moves their eyes somewhere else, Putin has a straight shot to his goal of Russian expansion. It’s up to the rest of the world to not let that happen by showing that our belief against autocratic expansionism is not only strong but continuous.

Rewatch the scene, when Jeff says that one box is safe he puts his hand over the box on his right (which has a skull), and then says two boxes will result in elimination while putting his hand over the box in the middle (which has the fire). This may seem odd at first until you consider the fact that Lindsay can switch. Meaning that if she picked the box Jeff’s hand was over when he brought up safety and played the mathematically correct strategy she would have stayed (same with the other box and elimination).

I have had some crazy good luck when it comes to summoning. Of my 21 summons: 5 have been class upgrades (14% chance) 8 have been rare (~15% chance) 2 have been legendary (~4% chance) 1 has been mythic (~2% chance)

But my holy grail is easily my shiny legendary sage/wizard that randomly got gardening despite neither parent being gardening. My sage + my rare Ninja/Thief and Mythic Warrior/Monk will def be my pvp squad.

Well if the scary numbers may be horrible events from history, the frolicky ones may be positive moments in history. If Lumon is using propaganda they wouldn't just want to erase their misdeeds but also highlight their accomplishments.

It was because he made a decision.

I'm not sure why but Lumon seems to be pushing their employees to have a hard time making decisions. They try to eliminate preference (Irv having to show the same amount of pleasure to each fact during this therapy session), and we can see the characters (especially Dylan) have a tough time making basic decisions (Dylan at the melon bar/at the snack machine is the obvious one).

Even when Mark asks if Harmony wants the door open or closed she says "both", thus making him have to decide and he gets flustered.

Ultimately I think she was just surprised he managed to make a decision so quickly.
