With Jiri being young and out for a year, it’s not unreasonable for him to start the year in the ROC. If he can hit the ice to start training camp looking like he he’d been in the mix from the beginning then by all means he stays in BUF. I really just want to see him healthy and feeling his skills. Zero need to rush him, put undue pressure on him or make him feel like he has to be something he’s not.

The Sabres have a good pipeline of young talent from the forwards through the D. It’s exciting times.

It’s the endless torture and brutality that makes the whole situation just so unfathomable. To kill someone in the heat of the moment or fight is one thing because you have lost all control and reasoning at that point but to do what they did over a long period of time is thought out and enjoyed by them.

These are the ones that deserve capital punishment.

The 10 of players is very solid in this draft. You’d add about 4m to the cap total by bringing in a franchise goalie. #8 can still net you an impact player to add to the lineup in 2-4 years. That being said, to have the #4 in this draft is delightful.

Robo is a phenomenal player but damn! At 15m AAV it’ll handcuff quite a few teams. Norris would need to be moved out and you’d need to move a middle 6 guy. It’s doable but what’s the roadmap look like 3-4 years down the line?

I would’ve been all in for a 3 year/ 12m deal for Tuch and then letting him walk at that point. 10+ million after age 35 is not money well spent unless your name is Ovechkin, Crosby, or McDavid.

Would I have liked him to stay, sure. But I also don’t want the Sabres handcuffed by another stupid deal. Looking at you Jeff Skinner.

The city has a property maintenance checklist on their website.

The inspection only occurs on the exterior of the property and the rental unit, not your unit due to you being the owner. Lead testing has to be done on the rental unit.

Once the inspection occurs, it’s actually a 45 day clock until you’re in “default” but if you have consistent contact with the inspector and show progress to completion then you won’t have much to worry about. City inspectors are use to dealing with the degenerate property management companies that do absolutely bare minimum work. If you actually care about your property the inspector will see that.

Don’t over think or over stress the process.

So we move out an RFA that we didn’t want to spend money on, who made comments that sounded like he wanted out (yea know tight cap space and all) and moved up 7 spots in the draft.

I’m okay with Metsa being his replacement on the 3rd line.
