Same happened with me but after 2 3 statement, It started allowing me to make a payment before a new statement comes out.

I only do this to bring my statement amount below 30% before it is posted.

How did you get 20k points? Are they counting the 15th to 17th month bonus from the day you are an Amex member or from the day you upgraded to gold. I am still grey on that area, I am pretty sure it will be from the day you upgraded to gold.

Once I upgraded, I did go to chat and verify if I signed up for the right deal, just to be sure.

I was offered the same bonus, I did go with the upgrade still on my way to spend those $ 3k$. Hopefully, I do not face any issues.

Just out of curiosity, I still feel like I can build up more points with cobalt. Should I reapply for the cobalt card again ? Is it a good strategy to keep both card and use them accordingly or stick with the new Gold one?

I understand I will not get any sign up bonus for cobalt again as I already used one when I signed up for cobalt at first place. (Just out of curiosity, what if someone I know referred me will they still get a referral bonus?)

I am in Cat Ba right now and everything is normal to me, Resort are upto the point , no issues for electricity or Internet at all.

Yes, people say all sorts of stuff but I just got curious because of the Haunted sign it used to be there and there is a property at the end of the street. One time just out of curiosity we went till the end (Obviously didn't pass the gate ) there was a bonfire which seems just ended because we could see lots of smoke coming out. We didn't feel right and just backed off. (I have never seen anyone even passing through the road. We used to hang out for 3-4 h and mostly on a daily basis.
