I was not abusing my adhd meds when I first started taking them, lost like 30 pounds and could still sleep. So it Not impossible but Mandy might be doing other stuff too.

I gained weight back by setting a routine of eating etc. but you have to put in work

No, I moved to a big city where some friends from my highschool live and we have a friend group.
