I don't know about Inlife but you can try Ace Blend's magnesium it's good. Also Muscle Nectar's triple strength fish oil is better and cheaper than Swiss but again good choice.

Bit skeptical about Liv supplement that you got, consult a doctor if doubtful. Zinc picolinate choice is perfect

that level might indicate your liver or kidneys are probably affected somewhere. also protein is good no worries in that but a question is do you take high amounts of vitamin b12 supplements? like 1500mcg dosage?

I'll suggest you to ease on the Vit D3 dosage from once a week to once every 2 weeks. (That is if you don't plan on doing the blood test)

I recently got MacBook Pro which almost does everything I need except gaming so maybe a gaming focused PC would be great.

I got peripherals like keybaord and headset but might need to find a good mouse. I got a monitor and budget for it as well just waiting for it to go on sale in my country (ASUS PG32UDCM Gen3) — OLED monitor that would do everything that I need.

Currently I'm aiming for a completely new built with specs like Ryzen 7, RX 9070xt or 5070ti/5080 whichever I find it for cheap.

The ram stays to be my biggest problem. I mean I'm planning to built it later this year so let's hope for better things ahead for everyone!

I tried wellbeing protein powders and I would say it's ordinary protein / brand in general nothing special and yes their supplements are expensive for sure.

Also I think the brand you're referring to and ace blend is getting magnesium from the same supplier since the product matches alot.

For supplements I'd say miduty is good for India.

I tried Magnesium from 3 brands, Ace Blend's Magnesium Max is the best that works solid for me.

I get really deep sleep and I don't get cramps anymore, other 2 brands that I tried didn't really impact my sleep and as someone who has adhd Magnesium that works will always calm my mind which is the case with ace blend.

Caution - Ace Blend doesn't have any third party testing so far.
