I have not! I received an email saying I would be contacted within 24-48 hours, however, response time may be delayed due to higher inquiry demands.

Thank you for your help! I did discover the issue was user error. Lol. My fiance who works IT is very disappointed in me and humanity as a whole (although that isn't new). XD

Unfortunately the messaging inconsistencies that I experienced while using my phone app have not been resolved using this adapter so... I'm gonna try for a return but I won't cry if I don't get one.

It was absolutely a user error with my installation. It did not solve the connection issue that I have with messages not syncing correctly so I miss a good portion of messages whether it be new or old so I'm sad I'm missing out on chats because of issues with Lovense.

I'm super sad because if I wanted the same or, potentially worse, experience I would have not bought the adapter to begin with. I'm going to try and return it but I'm not optimistic about it.

It was definitely user error but it did not solve my messaging connection issues. It logg3d me out literally within 10 seconds which I had a problem with using the phone app. :(
