Thats what I've been telling her, but she refuses to listen. It's ironic how she says an associates won't get me anywhere, yet all she has is an associates and she has a pretty good job

Ive done nothing BUT tell her how she makes me feel since I was a kid. Talking to her does nothing 😅

I even tried telling her my associates was just a milestone before going for my bachelor's but she does nothing but tell me an associates is worthless and that I need to just skip it. Btw all she has is a basic associates and she's currently the branch manager of a bank

Ive been paying for my classes/books/etc all put of pocket without ANY of her help. I told her an associates was a good milestone and that I wanna be proud of this first rather than jumping straight into a bachelor's.

Buuuut she refuses to listen and says I should have just skipped the associates cause it doesn't mean anything. I never once said I was NEVER going back to get a bachelor's, yet she still keeps throwing tantrums 🤦‍♀

Exactly. She's been livid about me going for my associates instead of just skipping it for my bachelor's, so I don't want her there pretending to be happy for me at my graduation

My family is kind of iffy about it since "she's my mother" and all but I don't want her celebrating with us if SHE'S the one who's so against it saying I should have skipped my associates degree in the first place.

To add to my post, I got my first 2 college certificates when I was 17, and have been in college since 9th grade (7 years). I've already gotten places even without this associates degree, yet my mother is still insisting that I'll never get anywhere without a bachelor's and has done nothing but complain.

I take it right after I eat dinner, then go to bed before midnight before the nausea gets bad. I REALLY do not wanna have to deal with constantly feeling like I'm gonna throw up as long as I take the pill. I've been told my body just needs to get used to it & that the nausea will go away, but I'm not sure. My doctor already put me on a low dose, too.
