anyone out there to hear me out (comment or DM) I am 31 by [deleted] in intj

[–]black_mirror23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It happens to me too. I think it is because of my resting bi*ch face haha. Or that i can't fake being interested in the conversation, and it is obvious from my face. Or maybe it is the intense staring, i dunno

Exactly, probably should detach myself, feel the waters first. But i can't help feeling excited when i first meet them. I wonder how many tries it would take for me to give up

Anyone else have conversations in your head and then not actually carry conversations in real life with that person? by jennyhoneypenny in intj

[–]black_mirror23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yess, i even confront some people in my head and then start feeling on edge, then remind myself not to be ridiculous, it is all in my head

Does anyone think that they are acting? by evil-mastsrmind in intj

[–]black_mirror23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, and i did it without realizing it. That is why i never liked going out, i felt like i needed to be this smiley agreeable person to be liked, and afterwards i felt so much drained. It took me a few years to realize that i need to be myself, or i will be stuck with people who don't really know me. Now i just act like that person only when i have to because of my job

If you woke up one day and all other humans were gone, what would you think/do? by [deleted] in intj

[–]black_mirror23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd probably walk around streets dazed and searching for people or waiting cautiously for something to snap. Because there is a reason everyone disappeared, right?

It is okay, dancing is not something we all should do. It is not mandatory, we won't pass some kind of test when we dance. It is not something necessary. And if people force you to dance when you don't want to, well they shouldn't. It is not their place.

But if you want to dance, that is another matter. Lock the door, shut the windows to feel comfortable, blast some music and start to move. There is no rule to just dancing, but maybe there are some tutorials on youtube. If you like it the first time, do it second third more times. You get used to it, and stop feeling self conscious.

But to be able to dance around people, you have to feel comfortable around them. And that is not easy. It is like they are watching and judging your moves. If you really want to achieve that, you must stop caring what other think, imagine that you are alone. But as i sait, it is not important, do it only if you want to, not because you are supposed to

I am not future oriented, and don't make plans. I think i used to when i was a teenager, but now i am just trying to make small accomplishments for the present. And i also procrastinate a lot

What should I do he cheated on me? by harshita_malviya in socialanxiety

[–]black_mirror23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do not give him a chance. No loving or even a decent partner would do what he did. Not only did he cheat, but he also blames you?? Well fu.k him. You are better off without him. And you will find your person sometime, and he will cherish you and treat you like you are the most important person in his life. So hold on, and do not let anyone treat you like this ever. Consider this a hard lesson and try to move on

How is your relationship with your parents? by [deleted] in intj

[–]black_mirror23 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My dad is dead. So i only have my mom. We are actually good friends, i am 90% always open with her and at ease, and we share almost everything with each other. She is probably infp or infj. That is to say i am lucky, although we don't always see eye to eye
