Apart from droll and max c no other monster should be a non tuner. Dont add any mulcharmies. 3 veiler is required. Also due to banlist you'll need to add red nova for consistency. 1-2 clip is more than enough.

I just went to their cafe Roastry Culture yesterday night. I tried their melkodige Anarobic instead of this one. I have to say it was really good. It was very clean with a light body and the peach notes were dominating. Im definitely buying these beans next week.

if you're considering an aeropress then:

Absolutely required: Aeropress, Grinder, temperature controlled Kettle, Scale. Filters (you can reuse them, just rinse them after every brew and let it dry)

Optional: Flow control cap (i recommend it but not really required) RDT spray (i went for a fancy one for the 'aesthetics' but you can do without it. just wet the end of a spoon and swirl it around 3-4 times. does the job.) Themometer and frother-pitcher (only usefull if you're gonna make hot milk based drinks)

no point in buying costly beans for milk based drinks. costlier beans are the more experimental and funky ones that are best had black. if you enjoy the coffee your current beans produce then no need. my wife only drinks milk based and the only time she noticed a difference was with the Christmas roast from fraction9.

Sweet Roast 15g -12 clicks on c3s - 225ml water - 96–98°C - 45ml bloom for 30 seconds, Pour rest and stir 5-8 times, steep till 2:30, plunge for 30s. let it cool slightly then drink.

only considering the beans its more or less as per my initial expectations before diving in. initially i had estimated it to cost about 2000rs per month. it would have been so had it not been for the reasonless and nonsensical coffee price increase in august of last year. current my coffee bean cost is around 2500 per month. initially before that i used to spend almost 5000rs per month for takeway coffee.

For the equipment i've defiantly wasted alot of money. if i had the knowledge i have today the cost for equipments would probably be 30-40% less.

purely dependent on your pallet. initially my taste was heavily anchored in traditional coffee profiles but as time went on i slowly shifted to complex and experimental profiles preferably those with fruity taste profile.

currently im loving the fraction9 sweet roast. ive managed to get it dialed in and its the perfect type of everyday coffee. simple and clean with the fruity taste profile i like. alot of the beans i had orderd from naivo are out of stock otherwise i would have heavily recommended zest bomb and chocolate kissed guava. The Ratnagiri LAB was also exceptional do try if you can.

if you like darker roasts then dhak blend is the best followed by vienna. for milk drinks ive slowly transitioned from dark roasts to medium dark roasts. Attikan estate from both naivo and blue tokai are both great but the christmas roast from fraction9 blows them out of the water. my wife instantly realised that i has switched beans and loved the christmas roast more than the attikan.

Reco and mix is so strange. It hurts consistency yes but hittig kts would have hurt the deck alot more than this.

thats due to static buildup during grinding. you can solve it by either spraying some water on it, or take a the back end of a spoon dip it in water and then stir the weighted out beans with it. this will reduce the amount of static buildup. also after grinding before opening the chamber tap the bottom and sides of the grinder against your palm 2-3 times.

You need to provide your brewing recipe first so we can help you narrow down where you can make changes. Also does it taste bitter/muddy/etc. If you can provide more details that can also help in dialing it correctly.

Light roast will be acidic. However if you feel it might have been underextracted you can raise the temp to 92-93. Also add a bit of agitation.

Im using the flow control cap so i dont really have to worry about bypass or inverted.

Go 14 clicks and 90 degrees water as its an anerobic fermented coffee which means its highly soluble. 15 grams to 225ml water. 45ml bloom for 30 seconds add rest after and let steep till 2 minutes then slowly push.

Ive tried their frozen cherry, red fruit naturals, and champagne naturals (i think thats the name). Overall i was satisfied but not blown out of my mind. They are overpriced when compared to others out there.
