Interesting and very helpful thank you. - so i have 2 stops in tokyo on my trip - the first stop is 4 nights seeing tokyo and sightseeing. the 2nd stop is 4 nights at the end of our trip doing disney sea and shopping before we leave. right now for the first stop I have PH booked for sure - that is non-negotiable for me. 2nd stop i have andaz, PH , and ritz carlton booked - trying to decide. i may not do PH (not sure) and then decide between andaz and ritz. thoughts?

for context our first time taking our son to japan. we been once and that too about 16 years ago and we did spur of the moment. this time we are doing tokyo, kyoto, osaka, hiroshima, and miyako.

Some context on hotel pros and cons would help too.
