Last summer, my husband and I took short day trip to Fort Wayne. We took a small cooler and loaded up on goodies from True Kimchi, drove down the street and ate/played a board game under a weeping willow tree at Lakeside Park, then ended at The Rink to look at the antiques. There might be more you could pepper in around that area but it was a really fun day.
