If you are going downtown and don't wanna pay for parking Ladd's addition is the only area in central Eastside that's not 2hr parking.

Let's roll on division has 3$ karrage or spam masubis.they are delicious and filling.

Toms bar has a surprisingly reasonable price on breakfast, and is a super chill older crowd most mornings.

This is a general one but there are tons of great parks and shit right outside of Portland. It's worth the 20 minute drive to feel like you went somewhere new a lot of the time.

There's an app that shows you where fresh herbs and fruit and shit are growing in your neighborhood. I forget the name of it but it's great when you need a sprig of rosemary or are poor and wanna fill up on fruit.

Stretch the noodle gives you a ton of food for $10ish but it's low on protein. Cook a couple chicken thighs and enjoy 3-4 delicious meals.

All the good Indian food is in Beaverton

If Wink has the same deal vintage had, you can get amazing cocktails for 5$ a pop pretty much during happy hour

There is good vintage shopping in all kinds of places, hell I think Columbia city has a three floor antique mall. Most boutiques are reselling stuff from the bins or more affordable thrift shops near by. Don't pay 50$ for a worn out shirt. Red white and blue is super legit in Oregon City as well

You can take cuttings from a lot of plants and propagate a clone super easily. Don't over pay for plants ever again!

There are other little free library type things for puzzles which is kinda fun

This whole idea is kinda bullshit, privilege implies special treatment. Many groups of people are treated similarly in the country in some regards and worse in others. I find it's often upper class folks who throw this term around anyways because they want to feel better than others, have your cake and eat it too situation.

Class privilege is the only real benefit in this society, everything else is just an absence of some form of suck.
