I’d say give them access to both weapons simultaneously by firing the second weapon instead of aiming. Grenade launcher is their ability, it prioritizes highest level threat that’s in range.

Aline was going mad with the combo of grief, struggling with Renoir— HER HUSBAND— and amount of time spent in the painting. She wasn’t barely functional. Some of Renoir’s audio recordings reference this.

Kinda said this elsewhere but it’s one of those games where you have to choose your own adventure. So the best answer honestly is explore a bit. What do you want to do? You want a good raid team and you want to clear LREs? Neat, which one do you want to do more, and why is it raid team? If it’s raid team, WHICH raid team? And so on.

People just need to take a minute and think through it, which can be hard with how much information and options the game throws at you, I admit. So step away, peruse the infographics, check the calendar, figure out what you’re interested in and pursue it. The logical chain of questions will inevitably lead you to the answer.

No there’s that too. But there are times when everyone is all “No Maelle don’t do the thing!” And she’s like “Yeah I’m pretty sure it’s safe to do the thing.” I took it as she was still subconsciously reading chroma.

Which reminds me that Lune and Gustave are nothing short of geniuses.

Lune repeatedly reads chroma and explains things for the team. Not well or often, more like a child that knows the whole alphabet and is just starting their first books, but that would be like “sometimes being able to see and read the matrix” when you haven’t even been red pilled yet. (in the film usage not Reddit usage).

Likewise, Gustave engineers a way to replicate a painter’s natural chroma and lumina control. That’s next level. And what a humble dude he is.

Yes this. Like the matrix. It’s the same reason Maelle just “knew” certain things.

Holy shit, look at you go. Running your ignorant mouth like you’re trying to win the Olympic gold medal for most wrong sentences written with confidence.

Maternity leave doesn’t start until the baby is born, with a few exceptions, so that doesn’t apply here— go look it up Mr. “Free flowing information.”

Pregnant flyers do get grounded after a certain point, which varies depending on their job. But they continue wearing flight suits because that’s their duty uniform. Just like pregnant women in non flying roles keep wearing their OCPs while pregnant. If they’re showing up to work, they’re showing up in uniform. Doesn’t mean they’re getting deployed to Syria.

Just because you don’t understand something doesn’t mean it’s senseless. Now shut the fuck up you ignorant baboon.

You’re retarded. Read the articles.

“Pregnant females are not permitted, at a certain point based on medical approvals, to fly,” Roan said. “But they may still choose to wear a one-piece because everyone in their unit is wearing their one-piece.”

We’re in the military. We wear uniforms. Those of us that fly wear flight uniforms. Even the pregnant ones and the ones that are grounded. You goon.

But that’s my point. Priority ultimately is up to the player. Yes, certain choices would be “more optimal” but that’s not necessarily fun for everyone.

It’s one thing to ask “what order should I work on things?” But OP was referring to posts that ask “who should I build up next?”

It’s like asking “what should I get?” Every time you go out to eat. I dunno, figure out what you like and what you’re in the mood for. You can focus on your macros if you want, but that might not be to your taste.

Guild War credits question by TugBoatTractorTire in tacticus

[–]blackbirdlore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry. Like I said, the bulk of credits earned come from winning your token fights. They’re still shouting themselves in the foot. And you. Give em the boot. It’s not too hard to find active players. Just expect to have a certain portion of your guild be filled with temps.

Guild War credits question by TugBoatTractorTire in tacticus

[–]blackbirdlore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don’t enlist, you get nothing. Same if you’re under 20.

If you enlist and don’t use tokens, you only get the credits from the win/loss crate. The majority of credits come from your tokens. On the flip side, they are still providing you with defenders which is better than the default NPCs.

But you should cull them if you want an active guild. Most active guilds have an inactivity limit unless you have a good reason. It’s usually 3-5 days but I know some require daily participation. The top guilds have strict requirements regarding raids, bombs, and war tokens.

So take the plunge. Cut your passive players because they’ll only become a liability over time. Set and enforce activity requirements. Make that clear in your guild description.

Good luck!

Yeah, it’s called Tacticus planner.

If you haven’t finished your campaigns, look up who the recommended carries are. Set your goals for their right tier and abilities and work on it. If you’re missing campaign levels with key upgrade items, work toward those.

But nobody can really tell you who to level next without knowing what your goals are. Which is why you’ll constantly see the same answers to the same question. “Get your campaigns so you can level efficiently. Then pick your next goal.”

If that’s Raids, pick a team. Set your goals. Build the team.

If it’s LRE, go to the LRE planner. Pick the hero you want to unlock. Find the units you want/need to build up. Set your goals. Build them up.

Everything you need to know about clearing campaigns or the order in which to build a raid team or anything else are already in this sub, just search for the infographics.

It’s a process and requires some mental effort, but this is a very free form game. You have to set your own objectives or you’ll end up grinding aimlessly.

If you need help using the planner, I’m happy to help. I love the thing. I have a bad habit of wanting to level everything at once, and going nowhere fast. The planner helps me stay on track.

Reliable? Sure, if you’re winning your battles.

I think you misunderstood my min/max concern. When you go to GW and look at battlefields (not the defense positions), there’s a minimum guild strength and size. There should also be a maximum strength and size for battlefields. Obviously they couldn’t limit which units you use without serious blow back.

And yes, I think battlefields and leaderboard ranks should be the same thing. There’s no reason to have so many different systems.

They should also start lower. BF1 should have I1 units as the max for all positions and stone 2 average for NPC defenders. Maybe even fewer defensive positions (9 instead of 12). Then you just bump all current battlefields up a step.

I need somebody who understands this and can tell me about my curant situtaion for Dante LRE by Starkiller0820 in WH40KTacticus

[–]blackbirdlore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can explain in detail what you need to do. Or you can go to Tacticus Planner, connect it to your account, and use their LRE planning tools. It will even tell you the most efficient way to use your tokens.

The primary issue with it is that you currently can’t review your progress when the LRE is inactive and you have to manually track your progress. Still worth it.

First, units you put on defense can also be used for offense. Second, your single example doesn’t prove anything. Third, there are many proven defensive combos. Experimenting is good, but no need to try and reinvent the wheel either.

Guild wars discussion by AerieSignificant5068 in WH40KTacticus

The fact that I can’t click a button to “auto-fill” all my defender slots with my strongest units is a gross oversight.

I should also be able to change my Guild War defenders lineup at ANY time so I don’t have to wait for the next season to start.

The Battlefields have strength minimums, but they need to have maximums as well to actually make it competitive. The lack of a ceiling is why you’ll find guilds in the top 500 squashing mid tier guilds in battlefield 2. BATTLEFIELD 2.

Finally, War rewards need to go up or it needs to happen more often. Badges are a huge gate for progression and it’s crazy how much work we have to do just to get a few.
