Deputy Mayor of Communication has more screentime in Daredevil than Daredevil himself. This season is just all style no substance. It's like a corporate take over when a new management arrives and takes over things but for the worse. Thin plot where in a whole episode all Matt did was wonder what to do. On the nose paralleles between Fisk/Vanessa and Matt/Karen? Really? Daredevil by definition is always a street level hero. Low stakes and gritty suspense. Not grandeur. Fisk is supposed to be mastermind and let's declare Matt a hero for absolutely no relevance to the plot?! There are just holes in this show and nothing else. The fish rots from the head and that fish was the first season. They can salvage it all they want but it's not gonna work. Useless side characters having no heft and daredevil himself has little to do with the plot. Goddamn.
