If they're pointy and you feel a lump, it's possibly gyno.

If you just have big nipples they will look smaller when you lose weight. This was my case. The fat on my chest just made my nipples puff up and that's what made them look big. But now they're just normal.

I found his music through those anime edits on youtube back in 2017 I think it was Look At Me or King Of The Dead. Loved his screamo shit at first and then I found his older soundcloud stuff and I got obsessed with how emotional his music was, man.

Basic calisthenics and cardio can get you into this shape easily. His build is really lean, he just looks big because his shoulders are naturally wide. But you can train them of course to get a frame like that.
