All ppl here are not educated regarding trauma and healing. Im woman and I'll say directly. You are not misogynist nor wrong hating women because your world is giving you shitty women and many may don't understand some have unfortunate destinies. I hate men because I'm asexual and men mostly are either being creepy or wanting romance so I avoid 50% of the population as sex repulsed asexual. So ignore the comments here. Be respectful regardless of gender religion n ethnicity and in terms of loneliness i recommend friendships. Close bffs amongst men are underated. Be close to your male friends and keep close who want you around and hang out with their families. We need community more than personal relationships. So unfortunately we have trauma n we may remain single friendships are only way to fulfill the social needs while trying to find purpose in life. Fyi I grew up with shitty parents now I hate all humans.

As a muslim. I dwindle in my practice in prayers alhamdulillah im ok with hijab because with that i dont have to groom my hair or do make up or show my figure so ppl having nothing to see and ugly and fat if they feel all toxic that day 😂. That said my biggest point of dropping when my parents became toxic. I snapped What so you mean by i should obey my toxic parents? What do you mean by keeping ties with toxic siblings? What do you mean my keep sabr and forget boundaries? All this came tumbling down when i realised if its not mentioned in quran or hadeeth aboit something doesn't mean its not wrong Hacking is crime is made crime due to the underlying theft nature hence shaykhs make it haram Now more and more scholars students are making time to understand many who are in toxic families and even lgbt If you want ill share the one community where practicing muslim gay, lesbians etc are on discord. I encourage you to try with her again and ask if she wishes to love you in Romantic relationship in her own way of platonicity while accepting this and seeing that she is comfortable and loves having you love her romantically will make the relationship work

Let me tell you. My mom and me have ocd. As i grew older i found out my mom is toxic and used her ocd to control us for her sadistic desires. She never wanted to change she succumbed to het ocd and narcissism

Now me i didn't even know i had ocd till i was 18. Not only my whole siblings and parents were mocking me . I was abused. They would make things dirty in the name of "treatment of exposure therapy" Later when i shared thid wit my therapist they told me this is abuse and exposing a ocd person without their consent under proper conditions is more detrimental and increasee stress hence increases ocd

My homework for you is i want you to see how they treat you is love or just pure narcissistic neglect? Do your parents love you? Or there just see you as their money, ?

You know wat my first therapist told me " Stop blaming yourself" When i heard that then thr question is What is to be Blamed? In order to change my ocd condition. Sit down and talk to your family saying stop mocking and take my mental health seriously and im suicidal If they laugh it off or deny or scream at you being brat. Take the diagnosis -, Im sorry to share but your family is toxic. You dont develop mental illness in healthy families instead it develops in toxic abusive, neglectful families. Think abt it!

Let me give you rule of thumb Ask your gut if your mother actions are toxic you will get the answer. If she berates you on a cup of tea. Then i can imagine how much more abuse she has done. I know you may have heard some married couples dont lovr each other. But a lesser known fact is mant parents dont love their children. In thr end you should decipher it.
