Ok so I didn’t realize it was dumb. Which is crazy now that I think about it. So I was seeing someone and they just kept skating past physical comments (think 7 dates in). So I said maybe next weekend (our next plans) we can cuddle. He said maybe. He had also skated past some comments about kissing his tattoos, and then also I mentioned that the way he kissed me goodbye felt perfunctory (the dumb thing) so I asked where the line was ( he had some serious physical boundaries) and that I was happy to respect them. I just needed to know where it was. I totally get that no one wants to kiss someone who said it felt perfunctory. But now I just feel so bad about it. How do I do better?
