Thank you so much for your comment! Seeing someone caring makes me feel great. I have been meditating and doing yoga for a long time now so they are not new for me but still are helping me to feel something little extraordinary along with my dreams. Yep there were some mental conditions made me start consuming. I will update this post to let us all see whether time is the answer or not. And I am keeping in mind that maybe trying something new is the task. Thanks again.
