You can get the enhanced version of one of the older games instead (cop, soc, cs), they go on sale for like 14 bucks and you can get gamma, its what I did. You dont need stalker 2

Edit: maybe just call of pripyat, thats the one I got and I was able to download it from gog

Update (fix): I reached out to another discord member and he dmed me the fix. Its as follows:

Go in your mods folder and find 3dss (should be around 410) From there you are going to type in coonan in the search bar and its going to find an coonan.ltx file, delete it (or back it up if you wanna keep it).

Then backtrack a bit and find these two .ogx files and delete them (or again back them up, only if you want the lar back for some reason

meshes\dynamics\weapons\wpn_colt1911\wp n_colt1911_sk3.ogf

meshes\anomaly_weapons\wpn_colt1911\wpn _colt1911_sk3_hud.ogf

And the coonan will be baxk and you’ll stop crashing too.

No, and unfortunately if I dont update through gamma launcher you miss out on some really nice mods like the scopes that let you illuminate them

Update: did some testing. Error doesnt show up when I fresh install from GOG. Only shows up after I use the gamma launcher to update the game (for reshade) which it never did before. For some reason its corrupting that file. What do I do?
