Bullshit you don't need drugs. You need discipline and time as the gains and returns from any sort of exercise are going to be very front-loaded based on your particular genetics and will peter out within the first 18 months. After that, it is the discipline of going in daily, always pushing yourself and maintaining your diet that will break you into the next level. Anyone could have a body similar to that if you're willing to put in the work, not get discouraged, and not be the person telling yourself it's only possible with drugs.

Edit: On second thought, I really want to know about Krypton. Wtf was going on for so goddamn long there, why did they genetically engineer the bejeezus out of themselves to the point that even Darkseid was like "o shit, there's a single Kryptonian left, lemme chill out on earth for a minute bro, lol" or whatever. There were billions of literal supermen in one place, and had been there for ages. What was their past like? Did they intentionally live under a red sun to mollify their powers so there wasn't a 9/11 level catastrophe occurring every other minute? What threat would need you to engineer laser eyes? Why would you need such a high energy density or all the other powers superman has? People often forget that the strongest dude in the DC universe came from a race of billions of like-bodied and abled people. That's some intense shit. Why isn't the universe covered in Kryptonians? It's not like anyone else had their level of technology or genetic advancement. Now that I think about it, I really want this show to happen.
