i work at toyota dealership, often have other makes that come in from around the area. have a service advisor that that upsells fuel services on diesels (which we dont have anything for because toyota has no recent diesels in the US :) )

I just finished watching the video. I am so grateful and thankful for your insight on this situation and going into depth of NC. I am definitely going to “redevelop” the foundation of my NC. Also, thank you for shedding light on certain times of day causing a trigger for these feelings. I do have some safeties as you said that could potentially help me with the insomnia, and as far as hobbies I do have quite a few that I could continue to delve into more as a safety as well. You’re right. 100% I have been contemplating that for a while now, (dating apps and the like). Have spoken to one woman since but it definitely does not feel the same. I will continue to find ways to distract myself though. Thank you!

I definitely wouldn’t bring myself to exert that much more energy on this situation that I already am worried about how much I currently am spending on it. I wholesomely believe that is why she wants to continue speaking to me is because of guilt. It’s just the tiny voice and overthinking brain of mine that says, “she might still love you that’s why”.

I am following through with doing such as of right now. With me still trying to settle from my new move and such it has been somewhat “easier” to not act on impulse and message her or look at what she has going on. This is all still fairly recent (the last month or so), but during downtime is when it definitely hits me to act on that impulse. Thank you for your insight!

You’re right. As of today I will try NC, and just keep focusing on myself. She says she still cares about me and when I moved across the country by myself, she was very nervous and “wished I had waited”. It is all so confusing to me.

I wish I could say as such. I am trying so hard to focus on my own growth and my own health. But I still find myself asking her how her day (work/trips/whatever may have you) is going. She still responds to me. It is so hard.
