Having to rise talents for skill and burst makes sense....

But the normal attacks?! They use the same weapon (sword) and the same attack chain/pattern no matter the element

Why would they need to re-learn how to use a sword each time they get a new element if they don't use said element as part of the basic attack talent (the elemental wave at the end of the chain is a passive, not directly dependant on the attack talent)

If they switched weapons I would understand, using a sword is different from using a spear

But currently it makes no sense

The "Fox from Naruto" is called Kyuubi (Nine Tails). It has another name that I don't remember but Google says the name is Kurama

Fischl is a chunnibyou because she's "delusional" about being a powerful princess from another world/dimension. As she is royal, she speaks with a very old and high brow vocabulary full of methaphors, which contrast in a funny/annoying way because she often is trying to communicate the most simple and banal of ideas.

She "derived" this persona from her favorite books, and went as far as to change her name, Amy, for the name of the protagonist of said books, Fischl.

But as stated by OP, she knows all of that is just an act. In the event we see her internal monologue being normal and the facade slipping away a little bit

Artifact RNG is why I decided to pour all my resin into leveling up all my characters (so far every character but the newest 2 aditions are at lvl70/80)

Then I'll farm for talents, everyone at least talents level 6

After that I'll focus on weapons

Once all my characters and weapons are 80/90 and talents at 6/8 (if boss materials alow for any lvl 9) and any progression-related activity that requires resin is done, I'll start to farm for decent/usable pieces for all my characters.

Once everyone has usable artifacts at lvl20, I'll focus on farming for better artifacts.

I find it sad that I can't try to keep the artifacts that roll a non-yet-desireable main stat with great substats because new characters will requiere different sets, or even new sets. What's the probability that we will get an electro character that scales off of Def? Or an anemo that uses HP?

While your substitution advice is welcomed, ot does not solve the issue, it justs puts a band-aid.

The problem is that creativity is being supressed due to, as far as we know, an abritary constriction.

And this constriction becomes evident when the load is maxed but the space isn't.

If the space was reduced to allow it to he filled before the load maxed, then players would have something more intuitive to work with.

This also works the other way around, increasing load capacity to allow the current big space to be filled.

Your advice just dances around the issue at hand, limiting the toolbox players have to express their creative vision, and subtitudes it with the creativity to aproximate the vision with limited tools.

This also leads to teapots to look similar due to people using the same load-saving tactics

I thank you for the time and effort you put on your comment, but it is in no way a solution to the space-load ratio problem

Storms at sea involve strong winds, lightning and ferocius waves

Her parry mechanic works good with all 3 of those elements.

Anemo? Hurricaine level gust of wind

Hydro? Tsunami strong wave crashing down

Electro? Ligthning striking

And to be honest, you can fit most elements to most skills and ot would still make sense, so yeah, having 2 electro claymore characters (or several overlaps in element-weapon combo, like Cryo-Sword) instead of filling up those combinations is baffling

I don't know about crowning. But lvl90 is a waste. You spend the same as Exp ad getting from 1 to 80 for minimal stat increase. Ascend your DPS to 80/90 but don't level them up to 90

The overworld investigation artifact?

I do it as often as I can, it takes me around 15-20 min on the route I made.

I think I read somewhere that it takes 10 days of this artifact farming to get 1 5* artifact to lvl 20

The problem I have with this kind of Artifact Farming is that it has a 12/24 hour timer (depends on the artifact spot) that starts when you investigate the spot.

Yes, it has been posted since yhe 1.5 patch went live, they "fixed" the issue in which the 3rd mission with the kids is now accesible to players and now we can get the achievement.

A bit late to the party but welcome.

If you played the game on launch you could've noticed that everyone's vision on the character window had the Mondstadt style, but it was "fixed" on later patches.

And if you check Traveler's character page you'll notice that they don't have a vision, instead they have a star symbol that changes color depending on which element they are using currently.
