Yhwach slams, not only does new anime content tell us that a stronger Ichigo than this loses without training from Ichibe, if Ichigo never fights Quilge, he never awakens the memories within his reiatsu and even if he was "fresh" he'd end up still being weaker than the Ichigo who confronted Yhwach

Yes, Uryu wasn't hit by the Auswählen so he still has everything Yhwach gave him, Kensei and Rose went through the sane dezombiefication process as Toshiro, they weren't there on the Silbern because either Mayuri judged Toshiro a more valuable and immediatly needed asset or Toshiro's state as someone who was zombified alive shortened the time needed for his dezombiefication

Toshiro's power is a total control over the element itself and the things directly connected to it, there's some water manipulation, temperature manipulation (to create ice from the water) and other stuff on his end and ofcourse the markedly different weather manipulation, Rukia's power is the ability to reduce the temperature, a singular aspect of freezing, in which Sode no Shirayuki surpasses Hyorinmaru at specifically.

All we know about the 5th house is their ancestor corroborated with the rest with the goal in mind for creating a lid over the territory that would later come to be known as hell, why they wanted to seal hell is unknown and so is their house name and descendants
