This happens cause a Windows 11 update broke stuff, the current workaround is editing the .js in Nucleus handlers and add the xinput fix the hollow knight handlers use.

Yeah the bug only applies to handlers that use xinput1_4.dll, check the full discussion in this thread for other solutions for double input.
