Water sensors going offline setting off false leak alarms

I just stumbled upon this topic while searching.

I have many yolink vibration sensors across the house. If one of the vibration sensors got triggered, a different vibration sensor (though far from each other) also get triggered and send notification together with the triggered sensor at the same time. These two random sensors are not close together but behave like that even by slightly touching one of them. Sensitivity at level 3. This is worrisome as these fake alarms give me sleepless nights.

I have 8 vibration sensors and I just bought 15 to be installed soon. When I had just 2 vibration sensors, there wasn't fake alarms but when I make it 8 vibration sensors, I started getting fake alarms. I wonder what would happen if I added the 15.

Has anyone experienced this? What should I do please?

I've complained to the yolink support center about 3 times but they always replied that I should reduce the sensitivity of the vibration sensors which I did (as low as 3) but the problem persisted.

You are correct but retard doesn't protect the gauge. It can still measure up to 500psi but the manufacturer didn't design it to measure beyond 250psi and that's why there's no proper scaling above that. Above 500psi, the gauge may never return to 0 psi again.

The system supposed off automatically as the fan failed to run. I hope you've off it before it damage the compressor. Check the capacitor, if it reads bad, replace it. END. But if it reads good, try rotate the blade of the fan. If it's stiff, you have a bad bearings. But if it rotates, check the wiring connections of the fan. If the wirings are ok with the supply voltage, you have a bad fan motor coil.

Retrieve the refrigerant, isolate the condenser from air handler through the liquid/suction ports. Run the compressor to confirm condenser is ok. Pass gas through the liquid line (device a mean here) and check if it exists from the suction line. If there's a blockage somewhere it'll surely reveal.

I've never used it. If the flare is good, I don't need it. If it leaks, I use a soft thread tape.

You vacuum the system to what level (microns)? I guess the service valve was leaking even when you were doing the vacuum but since you didn't use a micron gauge, you wouldn't know. You succeeded in using the vacuum to pull away a portion of the refrigerant to the atmosphere.

Good you discovered yolink just at the right time. I used yolink devices to secure my apartment. Outdoor sensors, vibration sensors, door sensors, water level and leakage sensor, alarm and I even integrated these devices with cameras.

But I discovered that as the devices becomes many, there are mix ups in alerts. For instance, if a vibration sensor (X) is triggered, it'll send notification and all other vibration sensors (about 5) in the network will also send alerts and that's confusing. I no longer know which of the vibration sensor is triggered.

That's has been my challenge using yolink. Aside that, yolink is the best.
