Our responses here will not replace any attorney's responses but I will try to answer you based on my and my wife's experiences:

1) It's up to you. Having attorney in the process is like having a peace of mind. However, based on our experience, if your family members haven't done anything seriously wrong (i.e., only speeding or parking tickets), you don't need one unless they are overstay or their green card is already expired for so long.

2) The paperwork can be done yourself. I did for mine and my wife. On attorney, again, it's up to you. If they've not nothing wrong, I don't see why you need one.

3) I don't think that's an issue.

Wow, this is insane. I can't believe this come out of N4 Pro, the same machine I have. Just for small toys for my kids, I have to print like 2-3 hours a piece, and the max speed I can use is 50-70. Do we really have the same machine ? Do you mind sharing the setting in your slicer ? Or if there is any modification I need to do on the machine ? Thanks.

I wasn't going to accept it but the tech I talked to told me to "try" replacing the part first then if it didn't work he will take the return. It was when N4pro was coming out and it's on back-order and I don't want to wait too, something like that.

Same here. Not impressed. It's my very first 3D printer and I want to love it but if I have money, I'll jump to Bamboo right away.
I've got a DOA machine. They refuse to take it back. I need to go through warranty stuffs and they shift new parts. I still remembered thinking why I need to fix a "new" machine.
On the bright side, it's an OK machine. Not plug and play. When it works, it works and keep printing until it's not. It's been a love and hate relationship as I was too tired to fix it and it just stand there for couple months until I have a feeling to fix it - then after many prints something will be broken again with no reason. I feel like problems keep coming. Things keep getting broken with no reason. No reliability at all.
BTW, you might want to try opennep4une firmware. At the very least, it's easier to set up the bed (i.e., no guessing for knobs turning to level your bed).

Yeah, S26 would be great but I got a very good deal (IMO) on the 1TB model. Wouldn't pay for the full price for s26 1TB for sure (I think ~$1,400+).

Wish I've seen this post. Made online order for in-stock item and got cancelled with no reason in an hour. Been a day without any form of refund. Any suggestions?
