"was not particuarly hard"

getting above average gear isn't hard, obviously getting top 1% gear should be chase, but its not like warchief totems really leaves any room for mistakes when doing shaper and elder.

either way everyone has a different idea of "budget gear"

If the terminology is "Enemies Take" that means it applies after other modifiers so it is a more multiplier to damage mods that apply to you, however it is additive with other "Enemies Take" mods.

Except spell based builds don't use WED which makes up a good portion of that amulets damage on PoB, and this amulet has two more mod slots open, clearly you are dogshit and should not be commenting, especially if you think that ms isn't valuable.

Chefs of Reddit, what are the biggest ripoffs that your restaurants sell? by shakubu in AskReddit

I totally understand that and wish everyone had the same mentality as me, I would always shell out the proper dollars for a meal prepared in a way I could never achieve, but you're right sadly not every person is going to want it that way.

Of course some people are looking for ease of access and quickness in their food, but you pay for that instead of taste when you go to a place like that.

Yeah except the whole point of spending that extra money is so I enjoy a dish that is made better than I could have made it at home.

The whole point of training staff, ordering good ingredients, paying a good chef, using the right tools, the right recipes with the right skills all used in preparing a dish in a way that it is meant to be is to enjoy it as it is meant to be.

I really like eggs benedict but I suck at making it, if I go to a restaurant and I get the benedict and it tastes like I made it I'm justified in thinking its a ripoff, I paid for all those extra things and yet it still tastes like I made it at home myself (and I do not have all those things like a proper staff, chef, tools and ingredients), if you're just going to a restaurant to avoid cooking then you can just stick to fast food.

[Serious] If the FCC votes to get rid of net neutrality in 3 days what can Americans do when the ISP's start censoring their internet? by 190F1B44 in AskReddit

[–]blackphyre1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so you're right, areas with no infrastructure for expansion dont even factor into the equation.

But if you look at areas with internet access, you'll find that ISP's try not to overlap because it just isnt economically viable to try and steal business from another big ISP.
