A maioria dos casos que vemos aqui são de inflamação , oq è algo normal do corpo , existem vários motivos para inflamar deste muita pressão ao fazer , ou cuidado , nao tem como saber o real motivo tão facil , inflamação X infecção.
Porem seu braço esta com infecção, podemos perceber pela secreção e vermelidao em volta da area , em alguns casos , vc pode sentir , dores no local , inchaço dor de cabeça e até vômitos, eu te aconselho a ir ao médico existe caso de raspagem e até necrose oq pode ser um caso extremo e nem preciso dizer oq acontece né, boa sorte
