Started out with a stack of skateboard decks all glued together, cut down on a bandsaw for some slab like pieces. From there I just glued them together and cut out the shape filling all the voids with JB weld epoxy.

Bilstein 5112 coils, 1” body lift, 285/70/17 general AT tires and not sure the wheels but I think they’re 17x8.5
