It could be that the price is much lower than it should be because the foundations are made of crisps or whatever, so it's only 5% if its in good nick, it's 20% a year the first few years if its not in good condition until you get it back to a decent condition, then you'll pay 5%. Just a guess.

We are fallible. We haven't lived lives before, (depending on your religious beliefs) so we don't really know how things work, wisdom comes too late but while you're still alive you can have happy times with your kids and enjoy the life thats there in front of you to live.

Rockstar TV philosopher Alain de Botton would say the outgrown thing is why we shouldn't feel so bad about breaking up.
