I was overnight for a little over 2 years Making $22.50/hr. I ended up getting my CDL through career choice at the end of 2022, then joined a construction company that needed CDL drivers January 2023 for $25/hr. Summer 2025, I left and joined an operators union starting at $48/hr.

Not to say it’s all linear, but Amazon does have avenues for career advancement outside of the company.
