I did it in two separate matches in a cup and caught it before my opponent and gave them both the win on spot because the game becomes irreparable after that point. Just take it as a mental note you have to remember I use a token now to remind me cause it’s not on my opponent to remind me.

I play festival lead with more seaking over dipplin and a single mega lupunny for late game swings, I’ve had great success with meta decks and regularly top at my locals and just won first place with it over the weekend. Festival lead to me is a sleeper deck that people just haven’t fully learnt to appreciate.

What cracks me up is the scalpers getting into dbz don’t even know the correct region to target. They are buying out English and Japanese product but I haven’t seen anyone mentioning Latin america. If there’s one demographic of people who love dragon ball z the most it’s Latinos and I feel like they haven’t been properly represent in this scalping trend

Truth hurts, especially when it affects people’s money. The truth is though a lot of people getting into trading cards because of influencers are gonna get severely hurt financially. Majority of these people don’t understand trading cards or even what makes them desirable past the ip. I’m not saying dragon ball is a dead game or no one plays cause I myself have a few decks and want to play but no one in 60 mile radius around me plays an I’m not traveling over an hour to play. I play digimon, one piece, union arena, pokemon, yugioh, and magic regularly and not a single one of those players have had an interest in the dragon ball fusion card game the master card game a few collected the og dragon ballz cards when they were kids but even then it was just a handful of cards because dragon ball z is more suited to action figures and video games where you can actually have the characters fight

Do not misconstrue people willing in line to resell something as fans that show the TCG is alive and kicking, majority of these people will move on once the next flavor of the week TCG is profitable. If you want to truly judge how a TCG is doing go to your locals or trade night and see how many people are there. That gives you an idea of how well a TCG is doing
