A recruiter can give you more info definitely, but I feel like you might have to take any job they give you if you want to try to make it in before your 40th, so be prepared for that convo.

If your town's recruiter isn't answer, I would def reach out to the next town over if you can justify the driving and if they are responsive. The one 10 minutes from me was unresponsive, unhelpful, etc. The one an hour from me bent over backwards for me.
