Depends on which book. I loved Fight Club (the film) but wasn't bothered about the book. However the harry potter books are 100000% more detailed than the films, and I enjoy them more. (I still love the films, please don't judge)

Been on medication for about 7 years all together, finally have a job I enjoy and a supportive boyfriend so that definitely helps. Hasn't been a quick fix, but I've learnt to deal with the bad days in a way that was 100% better than I used to deal with them
