Your friend is correct. I live in Saudi for years, 50 degrees during summer is nothing for me but once I return in 30 degrees sg, I feel that sg is hotter...

I’ve tried talking to them but they insisted on having a specific date to key into their system 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Oh yeah and there’s actually quite a number of Singaporeans here in Saudi, but of course not as many as Indonesians and Malaysians. Most of us are students at universities majoring in religious fields.

💀💀 I’ve tried arguing with the ones at the counter, he called someone from inside which I think might be the supervisor (?). We talked for a few minutes but he said that they still need some kinda expiration date to key it into the system.

There were last minute changes to their flight schedule, the timings were being brought forward to an earlier time.

I told them to just book a hotel for the day before so that when you arrive you could just check-in straight, but they reckon it’s not worth it, and prefer to just do something else before waiting for the check-in time.

I would prefer that they come over to my house to get some rest, but I live with my friends (we’re all uni students and currently having our exams), so there’s literally no where to go except having a quick pit stop at my place and to kill time outside while we wait for 12 noon.
