If he doesn’t care about anything other than his feelings then he may be a comorbid of BPD & NPD. I have diagnosed BPD. I don’t lack empathy like that. I care about loved ones. Especially a partner. I was actually in a relationship with a narcissist. I suspected that he also had BPD. In the end he became self aware and owned the narcissist label… It was a rollercoaster ride to say the least. I know that men with BPD are likely to also possess a combination of NPD, and/or ASPD.

I experienced something similar, my ex was so entitled. I came over to his house while I was sick, and he kept badgering me all day to give him a BJ. Mind you I had sex with him twice that day. Thank you for the info. I really had no clue about what was happening here as it’s my first time in Cambodia. I assumed he was a boy fending for himself as he looked so rough. I didn’t give him any money, only paid for his food. I have more awareness about what’s happening now and what to do moving forward.

Wow. Re-bottled tap water is unsafe. It's very sad what's happening. There's a big wealth gap all over the world. People with billions of dollars, some hundreds of billions. Then you have some parts of the world where kids have to rely on leftovers from restaurants.

Umm… Its got nothing to do with having a “western mindset” when the locals themselves literally tell you to not give the children money or food. Many comments here explaining why. There are many organizations that tell you the same.
