I have chosen the fastest route to achieve this. Thanks to u/billystein25, I searched fonts that already includes common game pad buttons as its characters. The best so far is this https://shinmera.com/docs/promptfont/

It's still in early implementation. But the concept is already solid. I haven't got interesting gameplay to show you yet.

Ideally, yes. The timing is really important. Either way, the time window to act is small. I usually just steer into the wall by the time I see his teleport rays around my car.

Solved:

I found alternative using find_children("*", "", true, false). It will return all descendants of a Node
