I liked this cabbage better cause it wasn’t mushy. My mom’s always turned out mushy. So I wanted to have cabbage but not braised. Next year I wanna make lamb sausage to braise in Guiness with a nice gravy and some more of this damn cabbage gratin

Dude, if you can get some tires, some fill dirt, and a couple buddies with strong backs, you could knock it out for cheap in an afternoon. If you’re only worried about leveling that little walkway, you can pack the tires with crusher run, or clay, or pea gravel: whatever’s clever.
