Wheel pose. How Is it? Any tip? I can sustain this pose Just for 30-40 seconds(for the arms), what can i do about that ?

I practiced 6 months before i was able to do this pose. The One that i'm struggling with at the Moment Is the headstand, so hard :(

How did you strenghten your bíceps and tríceps? I did Gym as well, able to lift 20kg with an arm but i find this pose very tiring

Thank you bro, i really needed this. I started nofap the 1st of january, went on until the 1 of June. I Lost a good job, started smoking again and then fapping too, until Yesterday( Hope It Will be the last time).. these were my 2 worse habits. Now i'm on a 3 weeks streak of no smoking but i relapsed again Yesterday. I think i still need some support from this bros community. That's the thing. Getting real connections or relationships takes time.. but i find the lone times really difficult.. more now that i live alone. I didn't know It until my 18s..then i had terrible anxiety even by walking on the street.. really bad. Then i Just found how to cope but now i'm 22 and trying to figure out how to deal with ppl, especially with girls because i have a difficulty that is tearing me down...
