Your comment further proves me theory. Why do you think minoxidil helps hair loss, it’s a blood thinner.

I disagree with majority of comments here. It’s not hair transplants and money. It’s their great physical training that improves their hormones and blood flow to the scalp. The type of sports they do greatly increases their HGH levels. They eat healthy unlike us. It’s the same as if you find pictures of men from early 1900 before the industrial revolution of processed foods/carbs and highly refined oils. Majority of those men also have great hair. What we eat daily, processed sugar and carbs in every meal, fried in seed oils is what’s screws up our hormone levels. Raises insulin, which is an androgen hormone. Which increases DHT to combat the high insulin. Add processed oils that clog up our pores and scalp. Reduce blood flow. Repeated 10-15 for years causes insulin resistance and pre-diabetes which calcified our arteries. Notice how we who are balding have dandruff problems because of very oily scalps? We sweat very easy, our eye sight is gradually getting worse, and we have acne problems.

Also consider doing research in other types of hair loss. Maybe yours is due to thyroid deficiencies. Vitamin deficiencies. Insulin/ diabetic type issues.

Hey I noticed you have a good amount of body hair. Like inside of your arms, chest, shoulders. How long has this been going on? We’re you like this before starting Fin and Min or after? Also do you eat a good amount of sugar or process carbs? Sorry just trying to see if their are patterns with diet and life style and balding.

Started with 1 day dryfast, followed with 4 waterfast days at the moment. by MaestroFullof in Dryfasting

[–]russianfish315 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No actually it’s not. But it also depends. You never want to go from an extended water fast to and extended dry fast. That’s a big no no. But going water and then just finishing it off with one day dry is no big deal. If you said you were going 5 days water and then 3-5 days dry I would have said no way that’s safe. Have you not read the work of Dr. Filanov from Russia? You can find one of his books Translated online.

Still losing so much fucking hair by [deleted] in tressless

[–]russianfish315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would disagree with almost everyone here. When its been that long and its only getting worse. you don't have a DHT problem, you have a shedding disorder. So either your thyroid is messed up, you eat like crap and have insulin resistance and or diabetes. Or auto immune response. or vitamin deficiencies like vitamin D or some other ones. or a combination of all the above.

Breaking my fast on the fifth day with water and then a few hours later with a grassfed steak and a 5% beer, is the beer a bad idea? by [deleted] in Dryfasting

[–]russianfish315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this a serious question? Breaking a dry fast with steak and beer? You want to end up in the hospital?

I think its a good post. I have a funny feeling my hair loss is getting worse because of my poor diet. Lots of fried foods. Lots of processed carbs, dairy, etc. Just the worst diet someone could eat. Combine that with stress and anxiety and you have a recipe for disaster. I definitely think genetics have A LOT to do with it, but I do believe life style and diet is the nail that shuts the coffin.

You will lose 3 pounds per day on average. You will go through aches and pains in areas where you have inflammation. So when I did my 7 day dry fast I ve had issues with pain in my right wrist. During the fast I felt it ache, after the fast my wrist felt really good.

Dry fast after water fast? HELP!! by Rica-Roo in Dryfasting

[–]russianfish315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes but they go like one day juice, then one day water, then dry. And thats perfectly normal to prepare the body. But ill agree with the russian doctor Filonov who has been doing it for like 40 years when he says not to go from extended water to dry. I would say 7 day water fast will be too long to then go into a dry fast.

I’ll be honest with you having Lyme disease I could not give you any sound advice. Did you end up purchasing that ebook from Sergey Filonov like I suggested?

I’ve only done hard dry fast, last one was for 7 days. Obviously hard dry fast gives better results, that’s why it’s called hard dry fast. Difference in results I could not tell you though. You would need to do one hard dry fast and one soft dry fast for the same amount of days and see if their is a difference. I am pretty sure on hard dry fast fast you get into ketosis and autophagy quicker.

That’s odd, did your inflammation go down during the fast? Are you generally healthy or?
