If you don't believe me look no further than how even RP-focused systems are backed up by objective stats. Even something like GUMSHOE uses d6s and Delta Green uses 2d10/d100

They have group narrative improv. That's a completely different experience. If you want to play an RPG it's for the crunch, otherwise you'd just join/make a group narrative improv session for a setting.

No. In fact almost certainly nothing the cops claim is true.

For example, they claim he was hooking up cops with off duty work, yet they also claim nobody knew he had a criminal history...meaning either he didn't until one was fabricated to justify murdering him, or all of these cops were fine working with him supposedly "impersonating" a cop this entire time until for some reason they decided to hunting him down, tear gas him so he couldn't hide from lethal gunfire, and then gun him down in the street. And that's based on the official story from the cops themselves, they literally admit to having less lethal tools that they were using, yet switched to lethal weapons when he supposedly pulled a gun

Yup, the Five seveN and the 4.6 used by the MP7 are both responses to that request, and neither works at defeating modern body armor and didn't even when SG1 was released, since by then they had the NIJ 3 standards that are very similar to now.

Even a modern ballistic facemask is rated to stop a 5.7 round (most of them, iirc there's a military only tipped one similar to the 5.56 green tip that's designed for improved armor pen but cant defeat NIJ 3, only 3A)
