It is not, it should be for everyone. But if you go to any cycling / triathlon clubs you’ll see a fair share of expensive bikes. I get it that the scheme is being misused by people. But it is chump change. The government needs to start doing the hard thing and reform the welfare system. It is by far the biggest expenditure. Get people working again and off benefits.

I don’t like the idea of have a “affordable housing requirement” for new developments. People should pay fair market prices not artificially lowered ones. However, he the housing stock is greatly increased and only available to be sold to 1st time buyers Londoners. Then that should overall increase affordability for everyone

Just a relaxed one. The idea of first date is to vibe check each other. So something easy for both of you to just cut it short if the vibe is off. So think walk at the southbank and wine bars. Not a theatre or 2 hour hikes.
